Service Objects is located in downtown Santa Barbara. We provide data validation services for over 1,000 companies worldwide. Our customers are leading online retailers such as Lowes, The Gap, Best Buy, Hilton and many others. Our products and services allows them to identify fraud on their website as it occurs, thus making the Internet a safer place for all of us.

Superior customer service remains the backbone of Service Objects, therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

You must also have strong Internet skills, accurate, organized and detail-oriented are imperative. The ideal candidate will furthermore have excellent written & verbal communication skills and must be able to prioritize multi-tasks. It is also essential that this person have a strong sense of urgency inherent in the role of supporting a sales team.

This is a full-time position. A 2-year degree in marketing, public relations, communications or business is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, flexible schedule, and room to grow.
