The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Civil Code sections 1798.100 et seq. provides consumers several rights regarding their personal information that may be collected or maintained by business. CCPA guarantees Californians the rights to know what personal information is being collected about them; to know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom; and to access their personal information. As a California consumer you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
Service Objects collects personal information from North American Consumers with names, addresses, email addresses and their associated phone numbers. Other data that is collected is un-linked network information which includes: domain, IP address, proxy data, and carrier assignments, all of which is not able to be linked as identifiable to one specific person.
