As a subscriber, you will receive:
- Availability - 99.90%, measured quarterly
- Scheduled downtime - one hour or less per month
- Performance - average one second or less per transaction, measured quarterly
- Monitoring - 24/7, by Alertsite
- Disaster recovery - 60 minutes to 24 hours
- Operations technical support - less than 60 minute response time
- Monthly usage reports - number of transactions, type of transactions, trends
- Resolution - credit 2x number of transactions for effected period
- Extranet access to Service Objects Customer Service Web site for up to two (2) delegates.

DOTS Web Services Purchase Agreement
All customers must sign up for recurring monthly credit/debit card billing or annual prepay.
A one-time $95 activation fee applies on month-to-month agreements. Payment due upon account activation. No activation fee for one-year prepaid agreements. $200 early termination fee applies for all annual agreements.
Services are not bundled - but rather sold a la carte (each service is sold separately). Call for additional volume discounts.
