Verified and Up-To-Date

Customer Data Validation ensures your customer data is accurate, verified and up-to-date.

In less than a second, a customer’s Name, Address, Phone, Email and Device can be verified and corrected against hundreds of authoritative data sources. This 4 layered process also appends additional key customer details along with quality and confidence scores that can be used to make informed decisions.

Integrity Check

Customer Data Validation’s four layers start with an Integrity Check to verify and correct the accuracy of a customer’s main contact data points:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Device (by IP)

Each piece of the customer’s identity (NAPED) is verified in real-time against global authoritative data sources, ensuring that you are starting with accurate details before moving on to the next step, Augment & Extend.

Augment & Extend

In this step, additional essential information is appended to the customer record. There are over 130 data points that can be derived from a customer’s Name, Address, Phone, Email and Device. These additional derived data points provide a more complete picture of your customer and are used for efforts like market segmentation and fraud detection.

This information is also used to make Cross-Connections.

Cross-Connections

Using the core customer data along with the derived data from the previous step, the third layer builds interconnections between these data points and cross-checks them for consistencies.

The resulting comparisons provide deep insights into your business’ customers. Actionable Quality Signals are also given and can be used to inform decision making.

Quality Signals & Scoring

Finally, the fourth layer provides Quality Signals, identifying the overall quality and accuracy of each customer record. These signals are delivered as numeric values that can be easily used to automate business logic, providing your business with the ability to quickly weed out bogus and garbage records.

This layer also flags and identifies fundamental issues with your contact data, which can help prevent customer service issues and fraud.
